    I’m Lewis! I’ve been a PT now for over a decade - madness!

    Long story short, I got into training because I got addicted to the effects of training and eating right, not just the physical benefits either, I found it was a cheat code to feeling generally sharper! And that’s why I wanted to coach people.

    I honestly feel people will never reach their full potential until they start training regularly, making sure they are fuelling themselves correctly and generally being consistent - in my opinion, if we’re not doing all of the above then we are leaving potential on the table.

    So if you want to get into incredible shape, be consistent with your training & nutrition and start having healthier habits in your life rather than the ones slowing you down to getting where you want to be then we should work together!
